Wantage Silver Band provides brass bands or brass ensembles for a wide variety of events, including:

We have a wide repertoire, ranging from traditional marches and arrangements of classical music to popular and film music. If you have specific requirements for pieces of music, we are often able to fulfil them

This guide is intended to help you to make a success of your event when you hire Wantage Silver Band. Our members pride themselves on their high standard of music making, and also enjoy performing and sharing their music with others.

The booked time is usually 2 x 30-45mins playing within a two hour window.

For nearly all events the band will require chairs without arms (usually around 28) and undercover or inside if raining, windy or extreme heat or cold.

The musicians usually arrive by car and will need somewhere to park.
Close vehicular access to the venue for members with larger instruments and equipment would be appreciated.
