Wantage Training Band

Wantage Training Band is where players progress to from our beginner group, and is a feeder band for either Wantage Youth Brass or Wantage Community Brass, depending on the player's age.

With a focus on developing technique, music theory and participating in composition activities, leader Brian Thomas passes on his expertise to this group each Saturday, allowing them to develop a greater musical understanding and performance ability.
 
The band always performs as part of our Annual Celebration Concert, at various events in the town centre and sometimes as part of local music festivals.
